1、深入生活，贴近生活，体验生活，从生活中找灵感。要用艺术的眼光去发现题材，挖掘题材。
象黄宏、宋丹丹的小品《超生游击队》，赵丽蓉、巩汉林的小品《如此包装》，赵本山、范伟、高秀敏的小品《卖拐》、《卖车》等，都是在生活中发掘出的老百姓所熟知的凡人小事，通过他们活灵活现的演出，使观众捧腹大笑，回味无穷。

2、题材宜小不宜大，要“大题小做”，不要“小题大做”。切忌包罗万象，搞“高大全”，一个小品最好只反映一件事物，或者只反映一件事物的一个侧面。内涵丰富，说理充分的题材，是电视系列片或长篇小说的事，不要混为一谈。

关于表演一个节目,我想 它所表现的主题是积极向上的,是健康的,这是毋庸置疑的!
我觉得 相对于比较内向的人而言 我个人认为表演一个话剧比较好,话剧很贴近我们的生活,而且表达方式很灵活,并不需要刻意地去做作等等.我们可以从小小的话剧当中反应出一个大道理,就好像我们小时候所看的《伊索寓言》一样,表面看起来像是普通的故事,然而并不是.关于话剧到底要反映什么样的问题,这就取决于你了,比如：环保类；等等.
